Currently we are looking for a
Group Downstream Finance Senior Business Partner
With specialization to Fuels, Logistics and New and Sustainable Businesses (NSB)
who will contribute to the implementation of Downstream’s strategy, to the fulfillment of profit and payback targets by applying and managing relevant planning and reporting processes in the area of Group Fuels, Logistics and New and Sustainable Businesses by supervising the related methodologies and processes. The person will increase Downstream’s value-creating capacity by efficient planning and controlling of resources.
Main Tasks
Support the Group Downstream Fuels, Logistics and NSB Finance Manager in acting as a single point of contact to Group level business leaders as well as to local DS Finance teams
Contribute to the product lines (Fuels, Logistics, NSB) actual reporting tasks, profitability calculations and methodology developments
Take part in professional area-related (management) project works and in the business project works, represent the specific professional field in projects
Provide finance support to the decision-making of the DS Fuels, Logistics, NSB as well as the DS Finance management teams by the preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analyses, proposals, comprehensive solution alternatives. Coordinate the preparation of benchmark analyses and the setup of the relevant range of data.
Coordinate and supervise the monitoring of MOL Group's efficiency improvement projects in the related business areas
Provide support in planning tasks to the business in the area of DS Fuels, Logistics, NSB
Requirements
Master’s or equivalent degree in economic science or business administration, or in accounting
Professional experience: 4-6 years
Knowledge of general controlling processes, experience in working in a large multinational organization
Excellent communication skills, comfortable to deal with a large and diverse pool of stakeholders
Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
User-level MS Office skills
Full command of English language (written and spoken)
Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
Agile, quick learner and diligent team player
In-depth knowledge of at least one controlling IT system is a plus
Project management experience is also a favored addition to the above skillset
