• Prepare performance analysis, proposals as well as high impact Downstream case studies in efficient cooperation with Finance, Fuel, Petrochemicals and other key units
• Manage the preparation and coordination of the Downstream-level regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) business performance reporting.
• Analyze key KPIs to identify performance improvement areas.
• Coordinate the monitoring process of and contribute to  Downstream's efficiency improvement and transformation projects.
• Manage and supervise the preparation of downstream related benchmark analyses.
• Coordination of any ad-hoc business analysis or data supply for the Downstream division

• University/college degree in finance/economics/engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant professional experience 
• Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of financial as well as performance analysis and very strong analytical skills 
• Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude
• Structured thinking, attention to details, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Highly collaborative attitude, with a very good communication skills

• Solid project management experience 
• Slovakian and/or Croatian knowledge
• Oil and gas industry experience 
• Performance management experience
• Supply chain analysis experience
