Global TM1 Reporting Solutions Manager**

This role is responsible for designing and implementing TM1 reporting solutions globally. The successful candidate will have experience in finance and a strong understanding of business processes. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to implement projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Design and implement TM1 reporting solutions globally, ensuring they meet both business needs and strategic objectives.
• Documentation: Create documentation on the overall architecture of new or changed modules, ensuring scalability, simplification/standardization, and efficient processes.
• Knowledge Transfer: Manage knowledge transfer to Controlling Operations teams and contribute to best practice sharing and continuous improvement plans.

About You:

• 3+ years' experience of working within Finance environments with exposure to Global/Regional teams.
• Demonstrate a good track record in controlling and/or accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry.
• Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements at Finance system project implementation environment.
