Manage all aspects of our group insurance programs, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning.

Collaborate with brokers, risk management, and various departments to optimize coverage and costs.

Negotiate with insurers to secure the best deals - you'll be a master negotiator!

Manage claims and ensure prompt resolution.

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.

Stay on top of global insurance trends and regulations.

Prepare insightful reports for senior management.

We're looking for you, if:

You've got at least 5 years of experience in insurance management, ideally with global experience.

You're fluent in English (legal English is a big plus!).

You're a confident self-starter who can easily influence stakeholders at all levels.

You're a whiz at negotiation and communication.

You have a deep understanding of global insurance markets and regulations.

CII certification is a bonus, but not a must-have.

You're comfortable presenting to senior management and the Board.

You have a proactive approach to risk management.
