Pozíció leírása / Job description

• answer incoming calls to the Service Desk 
• supporting internal colleagues and partners via phone and chat 
• provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts and passwords
• forwarding escalations to the right level 
• work in different daytime shifts (no night shift) 
• perform as per KPI, SLA, Quality and Objective requirements 
• continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction 
• identify any areas of improvement 

Elvárások / Requirements

• fluent German AND English language knowledge both written and verbal 
• confident user of Windows and Microsoft Office programs 
• interested in technical issues
• problem-solving attitude 
• proactivity 
• good understanding of processes 
• effective way of working 
• ability to learn quickly
