German-speaking Sales Representative

Your new role:
Distributor Support
- Support the Distributor Key Account Manager with monthly forecasts.
- Assist with decision-making and manage customer claims, including system updates and goodwill entries.
- Create and follow up on reactive quotes for unmanaged resellers, ensuring proper tracking in CRM.
- Ensure timely receipt of distributor reports (sell-out, stock, claims, in-house share) and follow up as needed.
- Respond promptly to distributor requests, including product info and price lists.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, video, and email to ensure a great sales experience.
- Grow revenue in strategic product areas by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Handle account planning, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.
- Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical support, and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Follow up on marketing leads and engage unmanaged accounts through calling campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed:
- College or university degree,
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in sales and account management, ideally in B2B,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Agile and proactive attitude,
- Fluency in German is essential, along with conversational proficiency in English.
- Business-focused mindset,
- Result-oriented, precise and reliable personality.
