
German Speaking Junior Sales Order Administrator
Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders into the system, strictly adhering to customer SLAs and expectations.
Work closely with internal departments, including Purchasing, to resolve complex or non-standard orders and address issues such as margin blocks, credit limits, or export restrictions.
Review customer orders thoroughly to confirm all specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and requirements are correct prior to processing.
Manage returns, issue credits, and resolve order or invoice-related inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming for a first-time-right approach.
Stay up to date with system changes and new tools to continuously improve order management processes.
Collaborate regularly with internaSelect appropriate delivery methods, configurations, and value-added services based on customer needs. l teams to gather and share information relevant to sales order processing. Elvárások / Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Customer Service environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
A service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve customer issues effectively.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive results and support customer success.
