Feladatok:
Enter work orders from incoming Zendesk tickets into the SAP CS system
Elvárások:
Fluent English and German language knowledge
Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
Intermediate MS Office knowledge
Előnyt jelent:
Basic understanding of SAP CS
Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is a plus
