
German Speaking Customer Service Specialist
Description:
Handle front desk responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee and update customer and product master data records
Process incoming customer orders and monitor their progress through to fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries and manage requests in a timely and effective manner
Coordinate the full lifecycle of complaints and claims, from initial logging to resolution tracking
Support invoicing procedures and ensure accurate billing
Communicate with clients and internal teams in a courteous, professional, and proactive way
Requirements:
have excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English
have a customer-oriented approach
have good planning and organizational skill
have experience in working with customers or in an international environment
