As a Customer Service Specialist, your main tasks are:

Working closely with the Logistics and Sales department,

Proceeding the orders to SAP system,

Creating and monitoring the return deliveries,

Maintaining contact with B2B clients in German,

Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks. You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:

Bachelor’s university or college degree,

Good and effective communication skills,

Excellent German and stable English language knowledge,

User-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel,

SAP skills (nice to have).
