• ? Support customers via phone and email in German with professionalism and care
• ? Manage service requests through portals and log them accurately
• ? Coordinate technician schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
• ? Track and update open cases in internal systems
• ? Build strong relationships through clear and confident communication
• ? Generate reports and contribute to service improvements

Elvárások / Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – this is the most important requirement
• Conversational English for internal communication
• No experience needed – fresh graduates are welcome!
• Comfortable working night shifts (if chosen) and multitasking
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Basic MS Excel and Outlook skills; Salesforce or Lightfoot is a plus
