German-speaking Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, your main tasks are:
- Working closely with the Logistics and Sales department,
- Proceeding the orders to SAP system,
- Creating and monitoring the return deliveries,
- Maintaining contact with B2B clients in English and German,
- Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:
- Bachelor’s university or college degree,
- Good and effective communication skills,
- Excellent German and English language knowledge,
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
- SAP skills (nice to have).
