A Senior German Customer Operations Specialist position is open for our multinational client who operates a competence centre in downtown Budapest.

Your new role
As a Senior Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the services for several Key Account Management services.
Daily tasks:
- Providing services delivery execution, escalation management
- Generating or providing customer reports and providing input and recommendations for ensuring client satisfaction
- Managing the day-to-day operations, such as service accuracy, order management, issue resolution, consumables management and other business activities
- Monitoring and reporting on services & maintenance performance metrics
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3–4 years’ experience in an operations or services delivery role
- Fluent English and German
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
