
German speaking Customer Experience Advisor
Description:
Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners across multiple communication channels
Manage incoming inquiries
Manage your own case queue and ensure high-quality service
Process account requests, refunds, social media queries, and log actions in internal systems
Requirements:
Fluent German and good communicative skills in English
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Openness to working in shifts
