
German-speaking CRM Key User
A German-speaking CRM Key User position is open at our multinational client, who is supporting the global Group from Budapest. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and productivity within our sales teams through effective system utilization and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all Dynamics 365 Sales (D365), Experlogix, and related applications.
- Serve as the intermediary between country management, sales teams, Sales Operations, Sales Processes, and IT organizations.
- Manage data integrity, account, contact, activity, sales opportunities, sales territory, quote management, and report/dashboard creation.
- Plan and deliver training for sales teams, create and maintain training documentation, and support users with system issues.
- Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues, and resolve system defects.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English and German language skills.
- University degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in
Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales. - Intermediate Excel skills and CRM system knowledge (Microsoft D365 or Salesforce).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international contacts and various departments.
- SAP experience is a plus.
