German Speaking Cash Collection Specialist position is open at our multinational partner, who has a modern Business Services Center in Budapest.

Your new role

As a Cash Collection Specialist you will be responsible to ensure that the customer collection are within term and also make certain that the risk of aged and bad debts are kept to a minimum.

In this role you need to keep constant contact with customers regarding late payments, handle refunds and legal cases. The members of the Cash Collection team have to work closely with Cash Application and Credit Management department.

What you'll need to succeed

Advanced German and fluent English language knowledge

1 - 2 years of experience in finance / credit / customer support or in other similar relevant position

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics or Finance is an advantage

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
