Your new position
The Business Operations Manager role is focused on ensuring that the service processes are executed in accordance with contractual obligations to its customers. This position is responsible for understanding the company’s global processes and systems in great detail and functioning as the “Subject Matter Expert” in the back-office support for operational practices.
- Provide on request consultation/guidance to the pre-sales team on capabilities and services
- Responsible for contract management including customer requirements, maintenance and change management
- Coordinate implementation of customer setup requirements
- Direct interaction with cross functional teams as needed to provide resolution support
- Support process changes and participate in continuous improvement
- Monitor Monthly and Quarterly performance
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years’ experience in an operations/services delivery/customer service roles.
- Strong English and German knowledge
- Confident Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
