We are looking for a CFO for a privately-owned, state-accredited educational institution with over 100 employees and students from 100 countries. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of this dynamic and growing organization.
Organize and manage the school's accounting system.
Provide monthly budget and cash flow reports.
Develop and manage controlling and financial management information systems.
Actively participate in process improvement projects, focusing on digitalization and automation.
Stay updated on changes in relevant legal and accounting regulatory contexts.
Organize and coordinate the school's revenue plan and expenditure appropriations.
Prepare liquidity plans to ensure the school's solvency.
Manage and operate the school's archives and registration systems. Elvárások / Requirements
You have a relevant accounting or finance degree and a registered CPA certificate
You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a highly regulated environment like education.
You possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
You are proficient in using financial management software and systems.
You have experience working with international currencies and financial regulations.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hungarian.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You are proactive, innovative, and comfortable working independently.
