
French-speaking Order Management Administrator
Our partner is a global company in the IT and services sector, supporting international clients with end-to-end business operations. To strengthen their order management team, they are looking for French-speaking team members. They are expanding their order management team and welcome applications from fresh graduates, junior professionals, and those looking to transition into a new field.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies
- Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency
- Senior colleagues may also mentor junior team members and lead small projects
Your profile:
- Fluent in French, with at least intermediate English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in order management, customer service, or administration is an advantage, but fresh grads are also welcome
- Comfortable using MS Office; SAP or ERP system knowledge is a plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
