
French speaking eCommerce Consultant
Provide consulting services to clients with a focus on evaluating electronic business processing requirements and translating them into solutions
Provide and recommend processes/methods and ensuring the optimal use of existing standards
Coordinate all internal and external parties contributing to the design and implementation of an eCommerce solution, like specialist departments, technical resources, or System/Solution Owners
Manage project communication, including functional communication and escalation management
Create appropriate engagement-related documentation according to customer specifications and company standards
Create materials for internal or external trainings
Prepare detailed project planning, formulate precise work orders, and coordinate with internal service providers (ISP) and provide an overview of costs incurred
Present project concepts and results to the customer’s IT management, lead project meetings, and ensure service scope compliance
Manage technical issues, oversee time management, coordinate risk management, and handle change management
Support and advise on the conception, implementation, and development of our service offering for national and international customers
Evaluate technological and economic risks
Conduct workshops and presentations on the positioning of our partner's eCommerce capabilities and process optimisation in business processing
Independently create required presales materials
Collaborate on internal optimisation projects to increase the quality, functionality and stability Elvárások / Requirements
3 years of experience in eCommerce
Fluency in English and French
Experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams
Good knowledge of at least one e-commerce solution
Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT merchandise and service processes
Ability to collaborate and maintain a constructive network of relationships
Strong analytical skills, high resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel
It would be an advantage if. . .
You are proficient in sales, logistics, and invoicing processes
You have experience in the organisation and structure of ITIL-based processes
You have experience in consulting activities in various industries
You have knowledge of various project management methods
You have good knowledge of common eCommerce tools and their capabilities
