Feladatok:

Working closely with internal stakeholders across various functions at BlackRock

Supporting Sales teams by collaborating with internal functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and indirectly enhance the client experience

Assisting in the preparation of client intelligence, business updates, and timely responses to internal queries

Supporting the coordination and completion of client due diligence requests in collaboration with Sales Support teams

Contributing to business development initiatives, including the creation and formatting of customized reports and materials

Working with product specialist teams to help address client-related queries through analysis and information gathering

Assisting Relationship Managers with post-meeting follow-ups by coordinating with internal business partners to deliver fund-related insights and analyses

Creating client-facing content and presentations for meetings, ensuring all materials receive compliance and business approval

Collaborating with automation and reporting teams to enhance existing processes, drive efficiencies, and raise quality standards in custom reporting

Testing and helping improve their AI-powered translation tool and utilizing Microsoft Copilot to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows

Elvárások:

Ongoing BSc or MSc studies in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field

Genuine interest in financial markets and a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and seniority levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders

Demonstrated passion for excellence, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Munkaidő:

Availability to work 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
