Managing and overseeing external accountants’ work.
Reviewing and approving customer and supplier invoices.
Administering project-related bank loans.
Preparing financial reports for the parent company.
Handling internal financial records and administration.
Budget preparation and cost control.
Conducting financial analysis and forecasts.
Managing tax returns and compliance.
Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
Elvárások / Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in finance.
- Experience in real estate development or the real estate sector.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and precision.
