Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for assigned areas
• Perform monthly closings, including sales and expense reviews, scorecards, and variance analysis
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide cohesive support to Business Leaders
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and macros
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with multiple levels of stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking
• Solid grasp of evolving technology platforms, processes, and controls
