Feladatok:

Support the Finance Managers work within the Global Marketing team in all internal communication related activities

Complete Administrative and Organisational tasks related to Finance’s daily operations

Make sure that due tasks are followed up, overdue tasks are investigated and commented in the system

Make sure that the process meets the audit requirements

Proactively seeking opportunities to simplify/improve the process, raise concerns, share ideas with the Team

Assist the Team with ad hoc report requests and to contribute to any other requests including budget management and non-complex accounting tasks

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written

Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel on a basic level)

Monotony tolerance

Analytical Skills

Relevant experience related to finance & accounting
