We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to support our partner's finance operations on a fixed-term basis for 5–6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience, contribute to impactful work, and grow your expertise in financial operations.
Pozíció leírása / Job description
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Validate financial data, safeguard sensitive information, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Provide day-to-day operational support across assigned finance workstreams, acting as the primary point of contact for queries and escalating complex cases where needed.
Identify recurring issues, flag potential risks, and recommend improvements to enhance process delivery.
Maintain and update financial knowledge materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end transaction flows and support process optimization.
Assist management with ad hoc reports, tasks, and project-related activities as required.
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and remain flexible to support different finance streams.
Elvárások / Requirements
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Previous experience (1-3 years) in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or international organizations in finance, administration or any relevant roles
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with sensitive information.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Motivated, proactive, and flexible personality with the ability to adapt quickly.
