
FF Effectiveness Lead CEES region

Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
Analyze sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with regional managers to define KPIs and assess field force productivity
Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy, user support, and process optimization
Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory alignment through data-driven insights
Coordinate with IT and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency
Prepare monthly business reviews and ad hoc reports for senior stakeholders
Monitor end-user sales, inventory levels, and wholesaler performance What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales analytics, or business intelligence
Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of commercial operations
Fluent in
English and Hungarian; additional regional languages are a plus
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e. g. , Azure, Power BI)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format What We Offer
