We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive client success through strategic consultations on platform governance and architectural design. You will translate customer requirements into actionable blueprints and solutions for various ServiceNow applications.

• Possess 10+ years of experience in IT and software development projects, with 5+ years dedicated to implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Hold lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects for at least 3 years.
• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow key capabilities and solutions within ITSM, HR, CSM, and MCO.
• Possess ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) and Certified Technical Architect credentials.
• Design and implement interfaces using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Familiarize yourself with service management concepts (ITIL), data models, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Develop proficiency in programming languages (SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular).

Mentor colleagues, contribute to the development and training of their ServiceNow skills, and support go-to-market activities in international sales and presales leads.
