Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill enterprise architecture roles and act as clients' trusted advisors in ServiceNow projects.
• Lead clients on their ServiceNow journey through consultations on platform governance, architectural design, new features, process optimization ideas, and other recommendations.
• Translate customer requirements into architectural blueprints and solutions for different ServiceNow applications.
• Manage technical governance and development standards, supporting the dev team based on ServiceNow Technical Best Practice and Standards.
• Take responsibility for integration tasks regarding interface design and creation with external client applications/systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements, validating solutions.
• Take responsibility for team's coding, testing, debugging, and creation of technical documentation.
• Mentor colleagues, helping the team develop and train ServiceNow skills.
• Support go-to-market activities in international sales, presales leads.

Requirements:

• CSM, CIS, CAD, Web services, SOAP, ITIL, data models, SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular.
• Advanced communication skills.
• ITIL expertise.
