Our partner located in Debrecen is looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Service Representative, who can communicate confidently in English.

- Handling customer service and technical inquiries
- Providing information about products and services
- Effectively and accurately resolving customer issues and complaints
- Escalating more complex cases to the appropriate personnel
- Consistently complying with processes, data protection, and security regulations
- Maintaining positive cooperation with the team and partners
- Confident B2–C1 level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
