What tasks await you?

Coordinating resources across departments and regions while driving process improvements;

Supporting mass production introduction of new equipment, technologies, and products, and optimizing assembly line processes;

Leading efficiency initiatives: manpower streamlining, layout optimization, cost reduction, and ergonomics improvements;

Monitoring and enhancing production capacity, equipment standardization, and overall operational excellence (OEE, UPPM);

Promoting lean manufacturing practices, including VSM, 5S, visualization, and continuous improvement.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

Hold or pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;

Have strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and can adapt responsibly to a fast-paced environment;

Can work in English and Hungarian/Chinese.
