• Take a leading role in the detailed planning, stakeholder involvement and execution of none-complex phase-out projects across the Grundfos product portfolio.
• With the support from the Divisions, Group Supply Chain, Group Purchase and Group Service ensure that products and production set-ups are scrapped, remove from inventory and ensure communication to sales companies, DC’s and production sites.
• Responsible for reporting on the phase-outs to stakeholders and help ensuring that 3PO targets are met
• Manage risks in the phase-outs: - Mitigate - Adjust plans and inform stakeholder   
• Your background

• Engineering degree, from a recognized business or technical university or deep “practical” experience with manufacturing technologies and materials
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• 5 years of work experience from a similar job in a challenging stakeholder environment
• Deep insight into different manufacturing and processing technologies to be able to understand impact of phase-out
• Have a proactive personality and the ability to influence with your communication skills
• Experience from industry where complexity reduction and value engineering is essential part of everyday business would be advantage
• Willingness to travel 2-3 weeks/ year to collaborate closely with colleagues across the supply chain – mostly in Europe as well as to China and the US
