ERP Consultant Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as ERP Consultants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics products.

This role involves delivering consulting services in various areas such as service management, sales and rental, supply chain optimization, and inventory management or finance for the heavy equipment industry.

The consultant will work closely with clients on implementations using NAXT, our proprietary ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics/Engineering/Economics/Finance or related field
• Relevant working experience, including expertise in business solutions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in ERP consulting and implementation
• Good presentation and demonstration skills
• Continuous learning and development attitude
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)
• Experience with Microsoft AX2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Team player attitude and problem-solving skills

As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. This includes analyzing business needs, implementing ERP solutions, and providing ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business needs and develop tailored ERP solutions
• Implement and configure ERP systems, including data migration and testing
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP system usage
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
