
E-Commerce Product Owner (UX/UI) focus

Your new role
We’re looking for a Website Product Owner to join our Partner's IT team and take full ownership of our e-commerce website experience across four European markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making their customer-facing websites as fast, intuitive, and conversion-driven as possible — combining UX design and data insights to shape their digital storefront.
You’ll work closely with different departments across the company, collaborating to continuously boost usability, visibility, and overall business impact.
- Own the design, layout, and customer journey of booking websites.
- Improve conversion rates through UX enhancements, content hierarchy, and A/B testing.
- Create mockups and design updates using Figma, and collaborate with frontend developers for implementation.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Lighthouse to monitor performance and user behaviour.
- Apply best practices in mobile-first and responsive web design.
- Research and test AI tools to optimise layout, content, and website performance.
- Ensure visual and UX consistency across domains, pages, and devices.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in website product ownership, UX/UI design, or CRO.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma for design and prototyping.
- Experience using analytics and behaviour tools (e. g. , GA4, Hotjar, Lighthouse).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly (in English).
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for optimising user journeys.
- Bonus: Experience with travel, hospitality, or e-commerce websites ; good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including structured data and site speed impact.
