Join our partner’s team as a Technical Support Analyst!
- Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Sharing product information and handling order-related inquiries
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
- Managing complaints and improving customer satisfaction
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Complying with data protection and security regulations
- Maintaining positive and cooperative communication within the team and with customers
- Minimum secondary education
- Confident Dutch (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in a BPO (customer service) environment
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge (e. g. , MS Office, WLAN, Bluetooth)
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Higher education degree
- Technical interest or experience
