
Dutch Service Desk Agent
Description:
Address and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients, serving as the initial point of contact (Level 1 IT support).
Manage user inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and support tools.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all issues and maintain records in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams for further assistance.
Keep users updated on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
Focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
Requirements:
Advanced or native Dutch language skills,
Confident English language skills,
Good communication skills – both written and spoken,
IT background is not necessary, training is provided.
