Digital Learning Coordinator
Group Digital Learning Coordinator position is open at our partner, who is a dynamic international company specializing in software development and digital solutions. The organization operates in a global education context and focuses on innovative programming projects that support digital transformation across various sectors in the center of Budapest. The position is a fixed-term opportunity for 1. 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate digital learning tools and activities across institutions in 7+ countries
- Manage LMS platforms (Blackboard, Illuminate, Ally) and integrated EdTech tools
- Act as liaison between internal teams, institutions, and vendors
- Represent the organization in meetings with EdTech partners (e. g. , Turnitin, Anthology)
- Lead international community meetings to foster collaboration
- Support AI-driven educational initiatives and process improvements
- Oversee contracts, budgets, and digital infrastructure
- Organize global workshops, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Assist in testing and scaling new digital learning solutions
- Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools for project tracking and documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong skills in project management, strategic thinking, and technical understanding
- Clear and confident communicator across business, IT, and academic audiences
- Fast learner with a proactive, self-driven mindset
- Able to take ownership and lead with influence
- Customer-oriented approach and collaborative attitude
- Passion for educational technology and innovation
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
