What awaits you?

−Assisting and addressing workspace needs, such as ensuring adequate desks, tables, IT and other equipment for employees.

−Supporting the installation and maintenance of office equipment, including coffee machines and other facilities-related items.

−Handling all space-related modifications and improvements requested by employees or departments.

−Support ramp up phase of energy module factory, steering construction finishing and industrialization.

−Close contact with the different departments, suppliers in cross functional position.

−Support with administrative tasks like reporting, organization and creation of presentations.

What you should bring along?

-IT skills ( PPT, Excel, Word )

-Ongoing studies in the field of engineering is a plus (Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering or other relevant studies)

-AutoCAD or SolidEdge knowledge is a plus

-English and Hungarian on conversational level

-Good organizational skills

-Mobility

-20-30 hours / week
