Feladatok:

Support the initiatives and projects within DS&A team. Monitor and follow up on the status and progression of the DS&A projects, in coordination with key project stakeholders (DS&A SD / SM, Controlling Ops, TM1 Digital teams)

Drive for a continuous improvement (CI) and optimisation of internal DS&A processes. Propose CI ideas and their implementation steps

Track and follow up the execution of KPIs - monthly monitoring of DS&A performance. Participation and support of the monthly KPI review meetings, help with the dashboard preparation, coordination with all the counter-parts concerned

Detect user knowledge gaps and propose training & development plans accordingly, in close liaison with regional user support and training (UST) teams (regional UST hubs in KL, Bogota, and Budapest)

Support global & regional communication processes as needed. Keep updated the DS&A Global Communication tracker

Assist and support the weekly TM1 enhancement reviews with the Digital team

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies (active student status).

Strong interest in data analytics, and pharma industry.

Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (intermediate Excel, Power BI, etc. ).

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.

Min. 30 -hour availability/week
