Highly skilled Database Administrator needed to join our global team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the database environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the database environment, including new deployments, existing upgrades, and routine maintenance in a low-downtime methodology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of databases.

• Provide guidance to software engineers on best practices for database interaction and performance.

• Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks, deployments, and maintenance.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• SaaS, Cloud, High availability, Security

• AWS RDS, MySQL, Apache Aurora

• Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, CloudFormation

• Database, PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, Data engineering

• Git, Linux, Scripting language, CLI, AWS Lambda
