We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented business and financial analyst to join our order-to-cash performance management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to the order-to-cash process from both a data quality management and performance management perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own and manage critical data, applying definitions, classification, quality, and standards.
• Understand different key performance indicators (KPIs), business processes, underlying data, and source systems operations.
• Monitor KPIs related to cash application, credit management, and AR reporting, supporting various hubs and Global Process Leads.
• Analyze operational and financial data related to the order-to-cash process, including cash application, collection, credit management, and AR closing and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making within each sub-process.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, performance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using SAP (SD, FI) and experience with data warehouse, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
• Experience in financial and accounting roles, especially in credit, collection, and AR management areas.
