The Software Engineering Team Lead will lead a team of engineers responsible for building, scaling, and modernizing data collection systems. This role spans technical leadership, delivery ownership, and close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in a technical or team leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Java (preferably Java 17+) and Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc. ).
• Proven experience delivering scalable, production-grade backend systems and APIs.

This role offers flexibility and is based in an office with a hybrid schedule of being in the office approximately three days per week.
