Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below: Customs SupervisorFeladatokManage daily import & export customs clearance, follow up transportation status of shipment, contact broker and monitor the completion of process in time;Manage the document creation of import & export process, review all information before submitting to authorities, ensure all is accurate and compliant with rules;Establish and improve company rules and regulations in compliance with internal and external regulations;Coordinate AEO application;Supervise customs broker, control costs and payments;Manage customs documentation and system master data maintenance, handle all relative documents and reports;Prepare and support audits. ElvárásokAbove 5 years experience in customs clearance;Familiar with regulation of local customs;Skilled of HS code definition, rules of certificate of origin;Higher education degree (Bsc or above);Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Hungarian and English;Strong teamwork management ability; strong ability to resist pressure, responsible and proactive;Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, ability to build strong relationships;Familiarity with bonded processes is a plus.
