Customs Operation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customs Operation Expert to join our team in Gyál. This role involves leading daily customs operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing a team of customs professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily customs clearance activities.

Evaluate and develop the performance of team members.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and implement changes as needed.

Monitor and verify customs duties and payments, coordinating with accounting.

Collaborate with internal programs to manage export-import tasks and prioritize needs.

Actively participate in audits and represent the company in front of customs authorities.

Provide business support for projects and represent the customs department.

Develop and implement corrective actions and action plans.

Prepare KPI reports, statistics, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

Higher education degree and advanced customs qualification.

8-10 years of experience in customs operations, including supervisory experience.

Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.

Strong computer skills (MS Office).

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

High-level leadership and organizational skills.
