We're looking for a new Customer Care & Sales Support Associate colleague to join our partner's Budapest-based team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, conducting diverse tasks and would like to gain experience in a dynamic environment, this position could be a great fit for you.

Your tasks will include:

carrying out sales support work daily

responding directly to customer requests by phone or email

ordering and recording card orders and toll payment devices

answering the request of the Field Sales by phone or e-mail

processing incoming contracts and orders in a timely manner

the presentation of products and services to existing corporate customers

performing all necessary activities and tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

system and Salesforce

keeping daily contact with HQ

preparing reports Elvárások / Requirements

strong middle level English and fluent Hungarian language skills

great communication and negotiation skills

ability to handle objections in customer discussions

an eye for details and sense of urgency

ability to work independently and in a team
