Your new role
As a corporate lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice to management on business strategy, compliance, and corporate governance.
Your tasks will include:
Prepare, analyse, and finalise contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to safeguard the company’s interests.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and ensure all operations remain compliant.
Handle legal disputes, regulatory matters, and potential risks, providing strategic oversight and resolution.
Act as the company’s legal representative in proceedings and collaborate with external law firms and consultants when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
Law degree required; specialisation in Corporate Law is highly desirable.
Must hold a valid legal practising licence in Hungary.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate or in-house legal counsel; background in the construction industry is a plus.
Strong expertise in corporate, contract, and labour law, along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.
Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
