Responsibilities:

Full commercial support for responsible departments: planning (budget, forecast, outlook) of all cost elements and alignment with responsible departments

Coordination of incomes and expenses, investment plans, coordination and plausibility check of headcount plans and personnel costs

Operational controlling: assess and actively manage cost positions, ongoing controlling of investments, commenting and bridging of responsible departments, approving indirect material requests

Closing: monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, ensuring completeness of postings, commenting on main topics, and evaluating and documenting provisions for responsible departments

Requirements:

University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting or comparable qualification

Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally from the production industry

Safe handling of business key figures of balance sheet and P&L, including cost center and profit center accounting

Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 – further non-FI CO SAP knowledge and other database knowledge is an advantage

IFRS accounting knowledge (advantage)

Fluent English or German language skills
