Control and Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Control and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Control and Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization meets its regulatory obligations and maintains high standards of control and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include managing SOX documentation, creating and maintaining control reports, providing training and awareness on Internal Control requirements, and conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies. You will also support SOX implementation and audits by serving as an interface between process owners and auditors, providing required documentation for internal and external audit testing.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in IC financial experience and be familiar with SOX control environment and regulations. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a complex matrix environment are essential. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, quality, and proven ability to operate effectively under pressure and strict deadlines.
