As a Compliance Analyst, your main tasks are:

As a Compliance Analyst, your main tasks are:
- Collaborating closely with portfolio managers and other investment staff, including dealers, in relation to the regulatory framework,
- Providing advisory support in relation to the coding framework for the EMEA domiciled fund range,
- Working on projects to support the product pipeline, including new fund launches, closures, mergers and fund changes. This typically involves reviewing and offering documentation, preparation of fund manager guidelines and providing advice in line with the sustainability framework/Regulation;
- Provision of proactive qualitative compliance advice,
- Managing relationships with trustees/depositories and auditors, responding in partnership with other teams to trustee information or audit requests,
- Making a strong contribution to the team’s provision of Compliance support and oversight for Investment and trading businesses and Product Development
You are the ideal candidate for this Compliance Analyst position if you have:
- Legal or financial background (e. g. (Economics / Finance/Legal studies)
- At least 3–4 years of experience in financial fields and/or in investigation into legislation,
- Fluent English skills
- Advanced MS skills
- Precise and quality-oriented personality.
