Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced delivery manager to oversee the execution of our cloud-based services.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong leader who can manage project scope, plan operations, and strategize service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple service chains, associated costs, and ensuring accuracy in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope based on budget and contract size.
• Plan operations and strategize service delivery in terms of time, quality, and cost.
• Manage multiple service chains and associated costs.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to enhance efficiency and implement improvement measures.
• Evaluate and approve cost and transition strategies within deals.
• Monitor delivery quality and maintain regular communication with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

This role requires a thorough understanding of cloud computing, Service Chain Operations Management (SC-OPM), and ITIL processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with Sovereign Cloud and TSI standard service delivery processes.
