Cloud Delivery Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end customer delivery within Cloud Managed Services. This role involves overseeing high-quality service delivery, handling escalations related to service quality, and managing customer-impacting projects.

• Project management experience is essential for success in this position.
• A strong understanding of cloud computing, cloud platform best practices, and Sovereign Cloud is required.
• Knowledge of Service Chain Operations Management (SC-OPM) activities and proficiency in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change management) are also necessary.
